How to use your Mistelle
Everything you need to charge, fill, use and clean your Mistelle Eye Mist Massager, taken from the user manual. Please read Use with care before your first session.
Your first session
- Charge, then unplug. Use the supplied USB-C cable and a 5 V, 1–2 A USB adaptor. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours. Mistelle can’t run while it’s charging.
- Fill the tank. With the device switched off, lift the silicone fill plug and add a small amount of fresh mineral water with a clean narrow-tip bottle. Don’t fill it to the brim. Close the plug firmly and wipe away any spills.
- Get comfortable. Remove glasses, contact lenses and false eyelashes. Sit upright and adjust the strap so it feels secure and comfortable. Don’t lie flat while the mist is on.
- Switch on. Hold Power for 1 second. The 3-minute Refresh programme starts with continuous mist, warmth, massage and built-in music. Change any of these with the buttons below.
- Finish and clean. Each programme stops by itself when its time is up, or hold Power for 1 second to stop early. Then empty the tank and wipe away any moisture.

Power is at the top, Mode on the left, Heat/Music on the right and Mist at the bottom.

After Sleep, the order starts again at Refresh. Programme names are just names for each mode, not promises of a medical, beauty or sleep benefit. How firmly the strap sits changes how strong the massage feels.
Mist and warmth
- Heat works while the mist is running. Switch heat off for an unheated mist. The mist isn’t actively cooled.
- If moisture builds up, turn the mist down or use continuous mist only briefly.
- Sit upright during use. The manufacturer’s instructions say to keep your eyes open while misting. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
What goes in the tank
Fresh mineral water only. Purified water won’t mist properly. Don’t use tap water, tea, oils, cosmetics, fragrance or eye drops.
Never pour water straight into the device, and don’t leave water in the tank between sessions.
Removing the tank: hold the device in one hand, grip the top and bottom of the tank with the other, and pull it straight out. Push it straight back in to refit. Don’t pull on the massage heads.
Charging

A full charge gives about 60 minutes of use, depending on your settings. Don’t use a charger above 5 V, keep your hands and the port dry, don’t leave it charging for long periods, and don’t charge it during a thunderstorm.
Cleaning after each session
- Switch off, unplug the cable and empty any water left in the tank.
- Add a little fresh mineral water. With the device off your face, switch on and select continuous mist. Run it for 2–3 minutes, then switch off.
- Empty the tank again. Leave the silicone plug open, with the opening facing down, so it can drain and dry.
- Wipe the body and mist outlets with a soft cloth or tissue. For dirt, use a lightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.
- Dab the massage heads gently. Don’t grip, pull or twist them.
Never submerge the device or rinse it under a tap. Don’t use alcohol, solvents, nail-polish remover or harsh chemicals, and don’t push anything into the mist outlets.
Storing it
Switch off, empty the tank and let the device cool and dry. Keep it somewhere well ventilated, away from sunlight, heaters, hot cars, moisture and dust. Charge it fully before storing it, then top up the charge about every 3 months.
Troubleshooting

| Moisture inside or on your face | Some condensation is normal. Switch off and wipe dry. Sit upright, turn the mist down or use continuous mist for less time. |

| Massage too strong, or music too loud | Press Mode twice quickly to lower or stop the massage, and loosen the strap. Press Heat/Music twice quickly to turn the music off. |
Stop using it and contact us if you notice a blockage that won’t clear, cracks, water inside the body, unusual heat or damaged charging parts. Please don’t take it apart or try to repair it.
Use with care
Don’t use it if you have inflammation, swelling, wounds, eczema, a rash, acne, severe sunburn or any other skin problem around your eyes, or if you can’t feel heat normally. It isn’t suitable for children or anyone who can’t use it safely on their own. Keep it, the cable and accessories away from children and pets.
Ask your doctor first if you have a neurological or skin sensory condition affecting your head or face; metal implants in your head or face; a past head or facial injury; retinal detachment or bleeding at the back of the eye; difficulty sensing warmth or a tendency to allergies; or if you’re pregnant or have recently given birth.
Stop if you feel pain, too much heat or irritation, and seek medical advice if it doesn’t settle.
